Sari Martinez is a senior retail and consumer executive with experience spanning global strategy consulting, private equity portfolio operations, and executive leadership within growth-stage and enterprise retailers.

She has served as Vice President of Strategy at Thinx, Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Loyalty at Saks Fifth Avenue, SVP of Merchandising & Planning at Rhone Apparel, and Vice President of Operations at L Catterton. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she was an Engagement Manager in the Apparel, Fashion & Luxury Goods practice and recipient of the Marvin Award for leadership and innovation.

Across roles, she has led enterprise-wide strategy, loyalty and personalization transformation, merchandising and inventory optimization, private equity value creation, and digital growth initiatives.
